1. After confirmation and sending of order form to me, please make payment within 1-3 days.
2. Please double check the size of the clothings or shoes before ordering.
3. Shipment usually takes 3 weeks to 2 months, depending on the seller stocks availability/restocking time.
4. If your items under 缺貨(OOS) status, it will be delayed 1-2 months to deliver as they are under restocking.
5. If your items under 斷貨(OOP) status, means that the items is not selling/restocking anymore, it is Out Of Production.
6. Try to purchase items which are 現貨(instocks).
7. Avoid buying Taxable Goods / Electrical Goods / Fragile Goods.
8. No Updates = No Reply From Seller.
9. Seller may take 1 to 5 working days to reply our emails.
Working days referring to Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
10. Some bidding websites only allows exchange of other items for OOS items, no cancellation. So, please accept this rule before ordering.
11. Choose only items with colour/sizing that is available. Do not choose unavailable ones. (I don't have time to check all orders specifically, so if shop found out the colour is unavailable, you may have to bear the extra refund fee amount.
12. What is refund fee amount?
Some shops don't allow refund for oos/unavailable item, extra refund fee had to be paid for the loss incurred on their paypal transaction. They said it's the taiwan bidding website rules. It applies to most taiwan bidding website (http://bid.yahoo.com.tw). So, please check your colour/size.
13. Exchange of goods only applies to those receiving wrong item. If you submit wrong item/colour/size, i will not held any responsibility.
14. In any case of exchange for wrong items/size/colour, attach image of wrong area and email to me. If shop allows refund, Goods must be returned within 4 days upon receiving goods and in the same condition without any tampering, alteration, washing.
BELOW REASONS STRICTLY NOT NOTED AS DEFECTS:
* Slight colour differences
* Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes), washable stains, smudges and dirt
* Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.

Eg. NT190/20 = S$9.50
S$9.50 + S$7(Shipping fees per item) + S$5(Agent fees per item) = S$21.50.
